Relaxation! Enjoy a reclining series, perfect for first thing in the morning or right before bed. Have your inclined plane (that's your wedge pillow or blankets or your already elevated bed) ready if you have GERD. The class ends with the Sleep Breath Relaxation, good for going to sleep, great for getting back to sleep in the middle of the night.
Pat McMillan shares the yoga practices she uses to regulate her digestion, allowing her to resume her international travel as a wildlife and landscape photographer. Learn yoga techniques to stimulate your vagus nerve which induces the calming rest and digest response.
Join the Yoga for Scleroderma team in these interactive yoga classes. Each class has a focus, all with on-the-spot guidance from your instructors. All the practices are GERD-friendly and have options so you can choose one that works for you.
