Learn what you need to know to safely enjoy a yoga class near you or online.  Included are options for yoga poses that will work for you using a chair or the wall instead of the floor, and tips on using props, both common yoga props found at studios and small portable items you can bring in your own “yoga kit”.  Try different poses, ask questions about poses you want to see, let Alexis , Cheryl, and Irene figure out options that will work for you.
